This belief was born from the personal experience of our founder, Tulimeyo Kaapanda, who struggled to find products that complemented her skin. Frustrated with the lack of suitable options, she decided to create her own skincare products, using nature’s finest ingredients to address her needs. Over time, the people around her began to notice the remarkable transformation in her skin. They sought out her creations, eager to experience the benefits for themselves. Recognizing the opportunity to serve others, she decided to share her products more broadly, and just like that, Tuli-Line was born.
